Where do I find my code?
It is printed on the authenticity sticker on the tub or pouch, usually near the batch number. It starts with HMZAFUEL- followed by 8–9 characters.
How does QR verification work?
Scan the QR code on the label with your phone camera. The code fills in automatically and is locked so it cannot be mistyped — just tap Verify.
Why does it say “Already verified”?
Each unit code should be verified once, by the first buyer. If you did not verify it before, the product may have been resold or copied — please report it.
My code is not working
Check for look-alike characters (0/O, 1/I), make sure the full code is entered, then try again. If it still fails, contact us with a photo of the label.
